
I am fortunate to have set up a gym at home just before Covid, I use Les Mills on line which is a great price and has hundreds of workouts. It is so easy to just walk into the garden and squeeze in a workout. So since Jan i have been working out with this trip as my focus "train hard and fight easy" mantra going around my mind.🧘♀️
I have just finished the six week Strength program which is bloody hard work (six work outs a week). It has made me shake up my work out, the Grit half hours are just horrid but also amazing at the same time. The Grit and Core has definitely changed my body shape and made me fitter and stronger. I have gone from having a bloated tubby to a flat stomach with the start of six pack muscles showing 🤩 if only I could give up chocolate............
